Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, enjoying its rustic elegance and charming atmosphere. The staff was absolutely wonderful, making my experience feel like I was visiting family. However, I did encounter some issues with the dining experience, which could use some enhancement. Overall, the atmosphere was delightful, but some areas felt a bit outdated.
My stay was positively delightful, thanks to the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Norman was a standout, helping me with my bags and ensuring my comfort throughout. I enjoyed my meals in the sun room, but the check-out process could have been better. Overall, this place has a unique charm, a great location near beautiful trails, and a wonderfully comfortable bed that made it worth every penny.
I had high hopes for Glenerin Inn and Spa, but my experience was mixed. The inn itself is lovely, with well-appointed rooms and beautiful surroundings. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly during dining where the staff seemed unapproachable and unhelpful. Overall, the ambiance is nice, but the shortcomings in customer service are hard to overlook.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the staff was accommodating and the rooms had unique character, several aspects left much to be desired, including a lack of basic amenities and safety features. The hotel's location was decent, but overall, it felt like the property was in need of significant updates.
